Prices in US dollars, before any sales tax. Business is priced per user, with at least 2 users. Day and Week Passes are one-time payments for one person.
Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like in Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you've paid for; after that your account moves to the Free plan and your documents stay yours. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Nothing is lost or locked. You'll see a friendly message saying which limit you reached, and you can wait for it to reset (daily tasks at midnight UTC, signature requests on the 1st of each month) or upgrade. If you move to a smaller plan and use more storage than it includes, you can still open, download and delete everything; only new uploads and tasks wait until you're under the limit.
Which tasks count towards the Free plan's 3 per day?
Saving changes in Edit mode, adding headers, footers, watermarks or Bates numbers, converting (to or from PDF), compressing or optimizing, and OCR. Viewing, organizing pages, comments, Fill & Sign, forms, protecting and redacting don't count.
Will I be charged again after a Day or Week Pass?
No. A pass is a single payment ($3.99 for 24 hours, $6.99 for 7 days). There is no subscription, nothing renews, and your card isn't kept for later.
What happens when my pass ends?
Your documents stay exactly as they are. Your account simply goes back to the Free limits. Buy another pass whenever you need one; if you buy one while a pass is still running, the new one starts when the current one ends.
What does a pass include?
Everything in Pro for your own documents, with fair-use caps: up to 10 signature requests with a Day Pass and 25 with a Week Pass. Passes are for one person: team features need Business. If you already have Pro or Business, you don't need one.
How does the free trial work?
Pro is free for 7 days, with no card needed (one trial per account). Before it ends we remind you; add a card to keep Pro, or do nothing and your account goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted.
How do Business seats work?
Business is bought for a team, with one seat per member (at least 2). Invitations that are still open use a seat too. The team's owner or an admin can add seats at any time in the team's billing page; added seats are charged pro rata.
Do you offer refunds?
If PDFZyro isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of a payment and we'll sort it out. The full refund policy will be published with online payment. indusmedline@gmail.com
Is my data private?
Yes, on every plan. Every file is encrypted before it's stored, only you can open your documents, download links expire after a few minutes, and your original is never changed: every edit is saved as a new version.
