Do signers need a PDFZyro account?
No. Signers open the link in their email and sign in their browser on any device. Only the sender needs an account.
Are PDFZyro e-signatures legally binding?
In the United States, the ESIGN Act and UETA recognize electronic signatures for most documents, and many other countries have similar laws. PDFZyro records each signer's consent, keeps a complete audit trail and seals the final PDF so any change can be detected.
What is a certificate of completion?
A page that comes with the signed document and records the agreement's history: who signed, when, and the checks they passed. Together with the sealed PDF, it helps show the document hasn't changed since it was signed.
