Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and never adds a watermark. It includes a daily allowance of edit, convert, compress and OCR tasks and a monthly allowance of signature requests; the pricing page lists the current limits.
Can my team use one account?
Each person has their own login. On the Business plan you create a team with shared folders and roles from Viewer to Admin, and add or remove people as your staff changes.
Do I need to install anything?
No. PDFZyro runs in the browser on Windows, Mac, Linux, Chromebooks, iPhone, iPad and Android.
Will my clients need an account to sign?
No. Clients sign from an email link on any device. Only the person sending the document needs an account.
What happens to my original files?
They're never changed. Every edit, conversion and signature creates a new version or a new file, and you can restore the original at any time.
